Service Description

We teach the medicine wheel and the significance of all elements that make us healthy and balanced. Physical aspect of health – we will share with you a very simple but effective session of our version of Tai Chi or our “Dai Chi”. After lunch you will learn plant ID, what the plant is for, how to use it and develop a spiritual connection with it. You will be taken on a journey to spirit world with the Shamans drum. Q and A session over a cup of plant tea. Course starts 9.00am and finishes at 4.00pm on a Sunday Please enquire about dates for this course
